Delivery is ৳ 70 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 anywhere else in Bangladesh — the charge is set automatically from the address you enter at checkout. It is free on the two 6-bottle combo packs. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days by courier. Orders placed before 4 PM are handed to the courier the next morning. Cash on delivery is available everywhere — you pay the courier when your order arrives.

As soon as the courier collects your parcel we text a tracking link to the number on the order. You can also check status any time from Track order — just enter your order number and phone. No sign-in needed.

Not your vibe? Within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp and choose any other oil in the same size. You can exchange a bottle if no more than 1 ml has been used from a 3.5 ml, or no more than 2 ml from a 6 ml or 10 ml. We send the new bottle by exchange delivery: when the rider hands it to you, give them the first bottle back. You pay the normal delivery charge (৳ 70 inside Dhaka, ৳ 120 outside). One exchange per customer.

You can return an oil for a refund within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and undamaged. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange a courier pickup. Once it is back and checked, we refund the price of the oil; the delivery charge is not refunded. An oil that has been used, or damaged after delivery, cannot be refunded — if you have used only a little, you can still exchange it (see Exchange).

If a bottle arrives leaking, broken, or it’s simply not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace it free and cover the courier both ways — you don’t need to send the original back first.

Refunds go back to how you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as a bKash or cash transfer. Allow 3–7 working days once we’ve received and checked the return.
