Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. If the courier has not collected the parcel yet we can change it. After collection it has to be redirected through the courier, which is slower and not always possible.

Only the amount. It is the same undiluted oil in all three: 3.5 ml is ৳ 280, 6 ml is ৳ 480 and 10 ml is ৳ 790. Take 3.5 ml to try something, 6 ml if you already know you like it, 10 ml for the best value per millilitre — and every 10 ml comes with a free 1 ml tester of another oil.

There is no alcohol in it. A sprayed eau de parfum is mostly alcohol, which carries the scent out into the room and then flashes off. This is extrait-strength oil, applied to pulse points rather than sprayed — it sits closer to the skin, lasts noticeably longer, and has none of the alcohol sting on application.

That depends entirely on how much you use and how often. Oil goes further than a spray because you are applying a few dabs rather than several sprays — most people find a 6 ml lasts a good while at daily use. If you are unsure, start with the 3.5 ml.

They are made for external use on skin. As with any fragrance, patch-test on your inner arm first if you have sensitive skin, keep them away from your eyes, and store them out of direct sunlight. Stop using it if you notice any irritation.

Within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp and choose any other oil in the same size. You can exchange if no more than 1 ml has been used from a 3.5 ml, or no more than 2 ml from a 6 ml or 10 ml. The rider brings the new bottle and takes the first one back at the same time. You pay the normal delivery charge. One exchange per customer.

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the oil is unused and undamaged. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange a courier pickup; we refund the price of the oil, not the delivery charge. A used or customer-damaged oil cannot be refunded — but if you have used only a little, you can exchange it instead.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace it free and cover the courier both ways — you do not need to send the original back before we ship the replacement.

Allow 3–7 working days from when we receive and check the return. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bKash or cash transfer.
