Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where it applies. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm the order by SMS or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside our courier network — and if you’ve already paid, we refund in full. Cash-on-delivery orders are payable to the courier on arrival; refusing delivery without contacting us first may limit future COD orders.

You may browse and buy for personal use. Don’t copy the site’s text, photography, or design for commercial use without permission. Product descriptions and note lists are given in good faith; scent is subjective and skin chemistry varies, so a description is a guide, not a guarantee of how an oil will smell on you.

We collect only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, phone number and delivery address, plus an email address if you give us one. Orders are placed as a guest — there is no account and no password. We share your address and phone with the courier so they can deliver, and with our SMS provider to send the tracking link. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete your order history at any time by messaging hello@flexd.com.

The site uses a small number of cookies to keep your bag between pages and to measure which pages people visit. You can block cookies in your browser; the bag will stop working if you do.
