Delivery is ৳ 70 inside Dhaka and ৳ 120 anywhere else in Bangladesh — the charge is set automatically from the address you enter at checkout. It is free on the two 6-bottle combo packs. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days by courier. Orders placed before 4 PM are handed to the courier the next morning. Cash on delivery is available everywhere — you pay the courier when your order arrives.

As soon as the courier collects your parcel we text a tracking link to the number on the order. You can also check status any time from Track order — just enter your order number and phone. No sign-in needed.

If an oil isn’t for you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — as long as it’s at least three-quarters full and hasn’t been decanted. Start from your order page or message us on WhatsApp; we’ll arrange a courier pickup. Once it’s back and checked, we refund the item (delivery isn’t refundable on a change-of-mind return).

If a bottle arrives leaking, broken, or it’s simply not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace it free and cover the courier both ways — you don’t need to send the original back first.

Refunds go back to how you paid. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as a bKash or cash transfer. Allow 3–7 working days once we’ve received and checked the return.
